I wanted to know if we can put cases that I’ve remembered in brackets?
For example, after having written the definition , say postal rule then I put Household Fire Insurance v Grant , in bracket.
    can I do this sir?

Hi Shankar, congratulations on your promotion to tutor status!

Dushyan, if you had read the F4 exam technique article on this site, you would have read that that is exactly the way to refer to a case (by the way, the postal rule is now MOST unlikely to be asked – what with modern instant communication facilities)

No, this is my own article. By all means read the ACCA’s official article but the one to which I have referred is most definitely mine!
