Dear Sir, I’m having trouble with these MCQs. Please help.
1. Tom has been continuously employed by XYZ ltd for 6 months. Which of the following are available to Tom according to the ERA 1996?
(i) Wrongful dismissal
(ii) a written agreement of particulars from his employer
(iii) Redundancy payA.(i) and (ii) B.(i) and (iii) C.(i) only D.(ii) and (iii)
My answer is C2. In the context of employment law, which of the following are required for an employee to bring action for Unfair Dismissal.
(i) Employee must be continuously employed for 2 years.
(ii) Employee must serve a grievance notice on the employer.
(iii) Employee must bring a claim to an employment tribunal within 3 months of dismissal.A.(i) and (ii) B.(ii) and (iii) C.(i) D.all
3. Within what period of time after the year end must a private company file accounts with the registrar?
A.3 months B.6 months C.9 months
In relation to the statutory books, returns and records of a company, which of the following statements is correct?

Q2) is a struggle! Continuous employment requirement is only one year and claim must be sent to tribunal within 6 months so only ii is correct. But that’s not an option in the answers
Q3) the answer is C
Q4) I agree, the answer is D
