If you look at the first page of this F4 forum, you will find at least 2 posts regarding your query.
My friend is in Nigeria, he wants to write F4 in september 2017 but he wants to write paper based exam (since this is the last paper he has to write at the fundamental level). I want to ask if he can write any other versions on paper based (in Nigeria) since F4 (glo & english) are no longer available on paper based?
