So I took an on-demand CBE yesterday and passed! Thank you open tuition! So how long does it take tilll my profile is updated ? And which material to take after f3? Any idea guys?

Your profile should be update soon. As soon as the result is fed back to the ACCA.
The ACCA recommend that the papers are taken in number order, and that is sensible. So subject to any exemptions that you have then it would be sensible to take F4 next.
