Hi can I know which topic is excluded for 2012 exam? I failed but I wish to Retake with cbe.. So will can I use 2011 book for 2012 cbe exam? Pls help..

If you took the paper exam in December 2011, then you can use the same book for 2012 CBE exam.
If you took CBE in 2011 then you will need a new book – the syllabus has changed with some topics removed and others added. You can see the details on the ACCA website.
