Are the lectures and the lecture notes on this site enough to pass the f1 exam? I only ask because they seem really short(128 pages) compared to the kaplan course book which is around 400 pages.
In reality, my question is that are these lecture notes complete?

Yes, the lectures and the notes are enough for you to acquire the knowledge needed.
After you watch all the lectures along with the notes, you must practice using a revision kit from an approved publisher.
Practice the MCQs again and again.
This is a tried and tested formula.
