among the list of rights of data subjects , I got problem in understanding of one right .
‘rights in relation to automated decisions making (no decisions is taken against an individual by purely automated means) what does this mean?
Eg, disciplinary decisions, perhaps based on attendance/punctuality. An automatic system could record time-keeping, but the machine can’t take the decision to sack you. There might be extenuating circumstances.
