Where can I find Exposure Drafts and read them in detail? Some were not covered by Kaplan (and BPP?) and did come in December 2018 exam.
I did try IFRS.org but with no luck, not enough details.

You can find there information about exposure drafts and new conceptual framework as well as variety of materials regarding all IFRS and IAS.
When it comes to ED on revised conceptual framework I do recommend to check this link: https://www.iasplus.com/en/news/2018/03/cf
New conceptual framework is effective from march 2018 and you will be able to download full version from 2019. In my preparation for the exam I used summary published by Deloitte (https://www.iasplus.com/en/publications/global/ifrs-in-focus/2018/cf).
