Sir,
Just like some other ACCA papers like SBR, in SBL, are specific exhibits related to specific tasks or we have to read the whole case study because information is scattered everywhere?

It is important to read all exhibits. Sometimes a requirement makes use of just one exhibit, but not always. Often useful information can be found in a number of resources.

No. Just be aware that the AGM provides an annual forum for shareholders where, in theory, they can elect or dismiss directors and auditors and can question the board.
