will acca provide exemptions on exemptions.if someone completed a qualification by taking some exemptions.will he still be eligible for taking exemptions in acca

no i guess .you can take only exemptions one time.
but on the basis of your previous degree on which u claimed exemption for another degree on that you will be awarded exemptions.
