New to ACCAExemptions

Hi everyone, I'm a new ACCA student. I was rewarded exemptions and i wanted to forfeit some of them. I contacted them about it and they sent me a waiver which i filled and sent to them. I got an mail saying they will return to me in 10 working days. About a MONTH passed but exemptions are not forfeited yet. I mailed them several times and even called them, however there is no result. I don't know what can be the problem. If anything like that happened before to someone, please, respond. And if you can give any advice it would be great. Thanks!
