Guys , i had granted a writing confirmation of exemption prior registration but i did not receive expecting exemption after registration accepted . I had sent email to ACCA regarding this matter but they never reply after one month . Anyone of here experienced the same thing with me before , i need advise on whether i should accept the decision ?

Email them again, and make sure you quote your student registration number and date of birth.
If possible send them a copy of the confirmation you had received along with your email.
