1.I am a graduate from India and can claim exemptions upto f4. I do want to claim exemption for f4 but i have studied Indian law and am afraid that claiming exemption may affect my career as i’ll probably be working abroad. If i claim exemption i’ll have no knowledge about law outside India. please advice about this issue.2.Regardless, i want to know if the English variant is accepted globally. i was going through your threads and i know that the English variant is necessary for people wanting to work in the UK. Is the English variant accepted well enough outside UK as well?

English law is the foundation upon which many of the legal systems around the world are based (think of the Commonwealth and you’ll get the general idea)
Reluctantly, though, I am going to suggest that Global law would be a better option unless you know for certain that you want to work / practice in the UK.
As for claiming an exemption, why not? Law is not a major visitor to later papers in the ACCA stable of exams. If you were to decide to forego any exemptions, I would recommend that you didn’t take advantage of the F2 and F3 exemptions

I understand that law is not necessary in later papers of ACCA but would the employers outside India employ me without the knowledge of laws?? I studied Indian laws.Yes, I understood that you studied Indian law. Would a prospective employer outside India employ you without a background in Botswana law? It depends if you want to work in Botswana and if the prospective employer wants you to have an element of knowledge of Botswana law!
If they do and if your chances of employment in Botswana are looking slim, go to Greece and see if a prospective employer there will insist upon you knowing Greek law.
What’s with this fascination about law? It’s most unlikely to be the deal breaker in any job interview and, if you don’t bring up the subject, it’s most unlikely that a prospective employer will either.
