can u explain what Exclusion Clause is in basic term. i am not really getting it
It’s a clause that excludes liability in the event of some unforeseen event. You see them all around you on a daily basis – car parks exclude liability for any damage caused to vehicles or theft from vehicles whilst left unattended in the car park. Hotels exclude liability for any loss or damage to guests property unless left at reception for keeping in the hotel safe
Is that ok?
