Dear Sir
I would like to know whether “Excluded Topics” like “Anti-avoidance legislation” and all those in italics in the study guide are part of the study which we should undertake or is it only those which are highlighted in the annexed table 1 (Additions to F6 UK). For example under B1 The scope of income tax – Excluded topics are
• The treatment of a person who comes to
the UK to work or a person who leaves the
UK to take up employment overseas.
• Foreign income, non-residents and double
taxation relief.
• Income from trusts and settlements.
• Child benefit income tax charge.
However table 1 only shows “Child benefit income tax charge” under B1.
I would be grateful if you could clarify.
Thank you
Dear OT
I would be grateful if you could clarify on the above issue.
Thanks
