I jus don't understand the concept of exchange rates, is there any simpler way way? I jus dont get it right what rate to use when buying or selling... and if we multiply or divide the rate ?

(Sorry, but please change your logo - the ACCA complains when they see people using their logo, because they have copyright :-) )
