Good evening. have a question please, on example 7 of Chapter 3 (last video). I am not sure I understand why the income for property B is only 2,500. The annual rent is payable quarterly in arrears, meaning that the rent for the quarters 2, 3 and 4 is received. Or maybe I am calculating t wrongly. Thank you!
Property B – the rent is paid annually so the rent received is a proportion
30/9 and 31/12 not 1/4
