Sir please explain how we arrived at the 480 transaction price and why we are using figures from Vodaphone and Telephonica in the same calculations. I thought they were two different companies each dealing with their customers and should have been accounted for differently.

We have to estimate a FV for the handset = so the selling price offered by a competitor may be a reasonable estimate
