Hello,
When I log into My ACCA i cannot view my docket as it says the portal is currently unavailable.
My exam is tomorrow and I dont know what to do, please help,

Hey, have tried with a different browser?
I can access the MyAcca portal with no problem but in the past I had the same kind of error message when using the link saved in my favourites…
I hope that helps….

I am also having the sae issue. Tried a different browser & different computer! & have not got in touch with ACCA via email

Hi,
Call ACCA they can email your docket to you thats what i just did hope it helped
Thank you all for your messages – I have now managed to log in and download the docket.
Note to all – don’t leave downloading your exam docket to the last minute!
ACCA website states that if you forget your docket the exam centre are able to produce one for you but I didn’t want the stress of doing so in the morning just in case you come accross an invigilator who does not understand.
