Good Day Mike,
In question 9 of the exam tips what securities can be inherited?
You could be asked to advise someone who has recently inherited securities from a deceased relative. They could be equity shares, preference shares, debentures (fixed or floating, secured or unsecured) in a company (public or private) and the beneficiary knows nothing about securities nor indeed about company law
