Read out text first.. then technical articles if any.. revision kit of kaplan..

In exam, legal language is useful i.e legal terminology must be used in answer..
Memorize the case names and their facts and held..

in exam hall go for first 8 questions, and turn to scenario based in last.. allocate time for each question.. mind that only relevant examples should be used and try to use legal terminology in your answer.. you English plays great job in this paper!! dnt try to fill B copies , be specific in your answers!

Get hold of a revision kit and start working through the questions ( and answers ). Work through section at a time, checking the study text whenever you feel you need to know more detail about a particular topic. Read and reread ( and then reread again, and again ) the questions and the answers. In time you will find that you are getting very familiar with the topics and the “common” / “frequent” / ” favourite” topics that are asked by David Kelly. The more often you get through them, the easier the subject becomes – and therefore, also, the more enjoyable 🙂
