I was looking forward to sit for F4 and F9 in Dec 2015 but according to ACCA Dec 2015 Timetable the paper are written on the same date 11th Dec 2015. Does it mean we are not allowed to write F4 & F9 at the same sitting?

Yes, that’s exactly what it means except ……… with F4 now available as CBE you could maybe arrange with your local centre to attempt F4 on a different date
