Dear sir,
Am getting a little confused the actual time available to write the paper will be 3hrs and 15minutes, with 10mins on the top to read the instructions(therefore total time=3hrs 25minutes). Or is it 3hours to write and 15mintues to read instructions(total time =3hrs 15 minutes)?
