Please is 15min reading time part of Three hours for the Exam. or the total time = Exam time (3hrs) Plus Reading time (15mins) =3hr 15mins

The exam is 3hr and 15 minutes im pretty sure. the reading time has been removed so you can start from the beginning of the 3hrs and 15 mins.
