When we have to use a matrix to analyse the situation eg. Harmon’s Matrix what is your advice. . . Analytical written description, such as, “this process lies on the upper left quadrant which is both, of high complexity and strategic importance. . . ” or is it preferable to design the matrix and put numbers on each quadrant and match the process described in the scenario with the numbers?
