Every candidate suffers from some degree of “exam nerves” – so one thing to tell yourself is that you are not alone. If something is panicking you it will be panicking thousands of other candidates – so take a deep breath and read slowly/carefully – perhaps you misread something initially. The examiner will not be trying to catch you out. If you seem something new in a risk question that you don’t know what to make of it – ok – ignore it – read the next sentence/para and find a risk in that. The thing to do is keep moving.

Practice good exam technique – for section B – always, always read the requirement(s) first before the scenario. Don’t waste time reading the scenario without knowing what you’re supposed to find in it.

All we can ever try to do is our best and there will always be someone for whom it is tougher – don’t spend the weekend cramming – get out for some fresh air – and plan a treat or to do something nice after the exam on Monday.

Hey there, you are not alone, I’m taking F8 and F9 together and I feel like i’ll pass out. I’m never ever taking 2 exams in a session ever again.

And Thank you Mam, every bit of advice from your side is always so valuable!
