Any Idea about 4 exam sittings per year, will it be effective from 2015 or 2016 ?

You have asked this somewhere else as well, and I have answered!
The ACCA have not announced yet when it will happen.
Because they have not yet announced, I think it unlikely that it will happen in 2015.
