Dear John Sir,
I have unluckily failed F9 in Dec 2014. But Passed P2
I scored 36 % in F9.
Please advice me how to start over again . I have already have a current version of the BPP Kit .Is it necessary to get a study text Book . Because I am going to rely this time only on Open Tuition. Or the Lecture notes with Online lectures are sufficient to Pass F9.
I am attempting this time F9, P1, P3
Please advice me accordingly .
February 11, 2015 at 11:14 pm #227953Our lectures (together with our free lecture notes) are sufficient to pass the exam provided that you do really understand them, and that you practice lots of questions.
You already have a revision kit, but did you practice all of the questions properly ( without looking straight the answers )?
Also, do concentrate on the written areas just as much as on the calculation areas. Approximately 50% of the exam is always written as opposed to arithmetic.February 12, 2015 at 5:23 am #227990Thanks you sir. I will try to concentrate on the written parts. Of the questions. And I will focus on notes and lectures. If I need help I will post it in ask the tutor forum.
Once again thank you !

February 24, 2015 at 1:29 pm #229993What are the benefits of getting prize in acca subjects sir, plz tell me
February 24, 2015 at 4:33 pm #230017Mainly the kudos and satisfaction!
The ACCA do give money also (although it is not a large amount).
In addition, your employer might very likely be impressed 🙂February 25, 2015 at 5:50 pm #230209@ahmadmasoodjan said:

i dont see where you said you practice all the questions in the kit. that is key to grasping the main areas.

March 8, 2015 at 10:42 pm #231745hi sir i did make it in f9 last sitting and i think i did bad in multiple choice i can i improve mcq ?
March 9, 2015 at 8:19 am #231766Practice and practice.
You must have a current edition of a revision kit and work through every question under time pressure (without looking at the answers first!).
If you have already worked through every question in one revision kit, then get one from another publisher so that you have different questions to practice.
March 10, 2015 at 7:31 am #231869hi sir, given a time constraint to prepare for the exam, should I focus more on revision kit questions, or the F9 past year questions?
March 10, 2015 at 8:30 am #231874Both! There may be a constraint on time but you should find time to practice all the questions you can.
March 12, 2015 at 3:45 pm #232165thanks will definitely try to practice all questions n the riv kit
