You rely on these guesses at your peril! They are what they say – guesses. I like to think that they are educated guesses, but they are nevertheless just guesses. They are intended to indicate to students possible / probable areas that revision time could be sensibly devoted to. But they could be entirely wrong! (Hopefully not!)

One of the major tuition companies is EXTREMELY accurate with their guesses! Mind you, their guesses consist of things like “Company Law including ……” and they list out the various sections from the syllabus which are covered by the heading “Company Law”

I could do the same – I could guess that there will be a question on Agency or Partnership including …..” and list the syllabus.

I could even (to save typing time) simply say “Here are the guesses ….”The syllabus”” I think that you will probably agree that that is as much use as a chocolate teapot.

If you want to have a bit of educated guidance, revise the tips if you don’t know where else to start revising.

But, ultimately, there’s no substitute for knowing the full syllabus!

I’ve just answered this! Please, don’t post the same question twice 🙂
