hi,am planning sit for p7 in June, although i did not pass my P2 on 1st attempt , is it possible to pass p7 without clearing p2 or is p2 a prerequisite, received exemptions in the F Papers though i some knowledge in auditing and assurance.
Within the Professional (P) level module you are allowed to take these exams in any sequence that you choose so P2 success is not a pre-requisite for tackling P7
However, there is invariably an auditing P7 question for which a sound knowledge of accounting standards is necessary so don’t be surprised to find yourself digging into your financial accounting learning
