exam pattern

Hello sir!
I want to ask that new pattern of f5 to f9 will be applicable in pakistan or not for september 2016 attempt .IF not applicable so when can be applicable in pakistan ???thanks in advance

It is applicable worldwide.

Some countries will have an option to take it on computer. All countries will have a paper version.

The format of the exam is the same in both cases.
