Question:Y is considering the launch of a new policy that ensures that all members of the staff are given an appropriate level of pay by formalising the grade boundaries of all staff. This will make pay fairer and act a ____ for workers, hopefully reducing staff turnover.
The options are:

(B) job enrichment
(C) job rotation
(D) motivator
The answer is mentioned to be (A). However i believe the answer is (D).
Please explain if A is the correct answer.You posted that question already. Answers do not come faster because of multiple posts.
