Hello,
Will the changes to the SBL exam have any impact on the relevance of exam style questions in the exam kit?
I’m concerned the ‘pre-seen’ material inclusion will render old paper questions less relevant.

They are still very relevant. It is simply that instead of being given all the information in the exam you are given some in the pre-seen and some during the exam (in both exhibits and the tasks).
Overall the syllabus has not changed. To reflect that less reading is needed in the exam, the time for the exam has been reduced.
