9)Can there be whole Section C question asking Ratio analysis? my concern is more about explaining those than calculating.
No. In Section C questions there will always be a written part to the question. So part (a) can ask you to calculate various ratios, but then part (b) would always ask you to discuss them.
The examiner is checking that you understand the ratios and not just that you have learned the formulae for them.
