Exam for F2

All of the chapters are important – you cannot guess questions and in Paper F2 you must expect there to be questions on all topics.

As far as books are concerned, our Course Notes and lectures together contain enough to pass the exam reasonably well.
What you must do however is practice as many questions as you can and best it to get hold of a Revision/Exam Kit from one of the approved publishers.

If you have plenty of time, then do read a Study Text (again from one of the approved publishers) but if you really understand out notes and lectures then this is not essential (best is to use a Study Text more as a reference book for any topics you are unsure about).

sweetypie is always very keen on Kaplan. However all of the books from the approved publishers are good. Some people find Kaplan books easier to understand, others find BPP books better, and so on. (I personally find the Kaplan Study Texts easier to follow, but the BPP Revision Kits better for practice, but again – that is just personal. They are all good and so do not worry there!)

Firstly, if you haven’t watched all of our free lectures for Paper MA (it has not been called F2 for several years) then you should. They are a complete free course and cover eveyrhitng needed to be able to pass the exam well.

Secondly, after you have watched all the lectures you must buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA Approved Publishers (BPP or Kaplan) and attempt all of the questions. It is full of exam standard questions and practice is vital to passing the exam.
