If i have completed all F papers except F8 as of June,can i enter F8 exam in december and then enter P1 in September?Anyone tried this before?

If you mean can you enter for P1 without being exempt or having passed F8 then no you can not do this due to exam progression rules.You have to enter for remaining F level papers before you can enter for P level papers.You could enter for both at same session.
