I believe that, although the strict answer to your question is ‘yes’, in order to be able to take any exam before having completed the earlier module (those first three papers formerly known as F1, F2 and F3) you must at the same sitting enter for those of the earlier module that you have not yet passed
In your case, yes, you can attempt the law paper but you will need to also enrol for the missing Management Accounting exam (MA)
