Hi Sir,
Is inspection, observation or re-computation can be considered as an evidence?
Or we should answer the evidence question as “Obtaining a confirmation document of inspection that is being sign by the client”

If a question asks for “procedures” then “Obtain a copy of the document that confirms that the asset has been inspected” would be appropriate
Where a question asks for “procedures”, then your answer consists of a series of steps each beginning with a verb
Where a question asks “What evidence should you expect to find …” then “A copy of the document that confirms that the asset has been inspected” would be appropriate – that is, it’s the same point but without the verb at the beginning
