Afternoon
After listening to the free P5 lecture on EVA ,it was recommended to try a question on EVA ( Jun 14 Cantor ), which i did and got stuck on the WACC calculation
Wacc was calculated as
= (1/1.3 * 15.7) + (0.3/1.3 * 6.5% * (1-25%))
I would like to know where the 1/1.3 and 0.3/1.3 came from please.Please help
