Hello, hope u are well.
I came across questions form past papers asking to comment on ethical and professional issues and to recommend actions.
What does professional issue mean exactly?
Ethics + professional = Principles + Threats + Conflicts of interest + Fraud + Illegal Acts + Litigation risk + Fee rules + Advertising rules + (possibly) audit risk.
But:
1. Not all of the above; tailor to scenario.
2. No waffle!
