If a person who was engaged in EQR of the client has now got offer from the client for the position of NED and he accepts the offer. In this case the answer is given that 2 threats would be created, one would be self interest threat and the other one would be self review threat. but my question is that how exactly will these threats be created i did not understand if you could please clear my concept here ??
