Sir if an audit aupervisor access client’s data without his permission, to identify potential clients for its firm through big data and expects reward from his firm will it increase the risk of self interest and confidentiality threat??
It would de facto be a breach of the audit supervisor’s duty of confidentiality driven by the individual’s pursuit of self-interest. The audit firm could eliminate the threat by dismissing the employee. If you want a tutor response please remember to use the ask the tutor forum.
