    Dear Sir,
MTQ, Mock exam 3, BPP Revision Kit: A person borrowed money from the office charity collection with the intention of repaying it as soon as possible. However, this action is unethical as in the answer said so (but there was no explantion given). So I’m a little confused because I thought it would be ethical as he will repay as soon as he could.
I’m looking forward to your response,
    Iniss

It looks as though this employee borrowed the money without telling anyone. That’s not a good look. It’s a bit like leaving a shop with goods you haven’t paid for but telling yourself (and the police?) that you fully intended to return to the shop later and make the payment.

    It is unethical because:

1 It was done secretly and without authority or supervision.
2 What if, despite good intentions, the money is not repaid. I suspect there is a high risk of that and the employee is putting at risk money that donors had given to the charity.
