Equity settled share based payments – goods – ACCA (SBR) lectures

Sir in equity based share payment of goods in the lecture it was explained that the lets say we are buying Asset worth 10 million and we issue shares worth 11.5 million we still pass a double entry of

dr ASSET 10 M
cr EQUITY 10 M

DOUBT – but we have issued share worth 11.5 what about the remaining 1.5M that was not accounted in the above transaction?
