May I just check with you all that if the EPSM module is working on MyACCA?
Mine is not working unfortunately…

If I were to hazard a guess (and if this is a recent problem) I would suggest it could be caused by overwhelming demand on ACCA website. The website has had general problems in the past in and around results day. I would contact ACCA directly if it continues. Hope this helps.
Thread here with people also having problems.
