QUICK QUESTION SIR !!
when finding whether the bulk purchase discount is financially acceptable or not, and the question did not specifically mention weather to compare the EOQ or current policy to the discount quantity.
do we always compare the EOQ, and Q under the discount. or do we need to compare current business policy.
It depends on the wording of the question. Unless the question mentions calculating the EOQ then we would just compare with the current policy.
