Environmental risk

Good afternoon, all

I’ve got a problem with the meaning of
environmentall risk. I found few different explanations:
1. It’s a risk that the company would suffer from adverse environmental conditions,
2. It’s a risk that the company will adversely impact on environment (connected with reputation risk),
3. It’s generally a risk from the company’s external environment.

Can someone confirm please?
