Can you please explain further why the answer to practice question 3 is flow cost accounting instead of lifecycle costing? Question is below:
Which of the following environmental accounting techniques would be relevant when considering the cost of dismantling machines at the end of the project?

Both life-cycle costing and flow cost accounting would be relevant (as the question is currently worded).
