    Hi Sir/Madam,

If the question asks about environmental costs?

which cost group I should explain between 1 and 2 below:

    1. Conformance cost and Non-conformance cost

    2. Conventional, Contingent, Relational and Reputational costs

    Thanks!

Conformance/non-conformance is to do with quality, not the environment.

    Sorry!

    1. I wanted to mean: Envir. protection cost, detection cost, internal failure cost and external failure cost.

    Please clarify me again.

    Thanks!

Inherent failure costs and external failure costs are to do with quality.

Detection cost also looks like a quality control cost (appraisal)

If you are asked for environmental cost categories use:

Conventional, Potentially hidden costs, Contingent costs, Relational and Reputational costs.
