Dear Sir,
When I take the mock exam of opentution, I made the correct answer but when I review my result it provide the answer is incorrect and didn’t get the marks. Why? Is it possible in the real exam too?

The answers in our mock exam are correct, so if it says you are incorrect then you must have got the answer wrong.
